WINNING WISHES

There have been a lot of hints, and more than enough suspense so we are finally ready to announce our most exciting venture yet: Winning Wishes! Our hopefully RECURRING raffle if this ends up being a hit (which we think it will be.) We are planning to host this raffle several times a year, giving many people chances to win. Now being our first ever raffle give-away we are not yet sure when that time line for when the next one will be but we will get there, rest assured you’ll know as soon as we do! We have been diligently working together with some of our local pre-owned dealerships to make this dream a reality, looking for decent automobile that maybe need some repair but will absolutely be a solid, reliable vehicle when fixed up. 

Did you double-check your reading right there? I know I would have, and it’s been a long-discussed topic between us and some of our partners that no one ever sees a true good old fashion raffle anymore that gives anything of actual value. Well this year we intend to make that a reality with our Winning Wishes Raffle.

I’m sure you want to know cost, right? For something that sounds far too good to be true everyone wants to know the price. Each ticket will cost $25.00 per ticket, or 5 tickets (maximum) for $100.00. Now, we all know how raffles work: the more tickets for one person, the more likely that person is to win, but we all also know that is not a guarantee; someone with a single ticket could just as easily win. Which is also part of the reason we put a cap on the amount of raffle tickets. In the spirit of fun, and intrigue let’s keep it reasonable for price. 

Let’s talk tickets and how we will know whose is whose; Our tickets come in twos a ‘blank ticket’ and a ‘coupon ticket’ your name and phone number will go on the back of the blank ticket (per $20.00) that we will place in a closed box until the raffle has closed. We will either email/ text, (if purchased online) or give you your ‘coupon ticket number’ if you are in person -KEEP THIS SAFE: TAKE A PICTURE, PUT IT IN YOUR WALLET, JUST DON’T LOOSE IT (this will help us prove you are the winner.) We will be writing the coupon number on the blank ticket as well, so we can match them in the end!

I’m sure you’re ready to hear about prizes now, and I am SO excited to tell you about what we have to offer. The first prize will be a pre-owned vehicle repaired and reviewed by our very own Mike Harley. (Vehicle make, model, and year may vary with raffles, the vehicle will be listed with the raffle information if you’re not into this one, maybe you’ll like the next!) While pre-owned, the vehicle will be reliable, and the first prize winner will have the title of said vehicle in hand with pick up. Which for as low as $25.00 that isn’t something to sneeze at. 

Don’t be dismayed if you don’t win first prize, though: there is more! Our second prize winner will win a $500 voucher towards any repair to use when they need it, so no dead lines! 

And last but not least our third prize winner—because why not, its so much fun—will win 4 oil changes, roughly the amount your vehicle SHOULD have within a year, at no cost to our winner. 

How will this raffle be drawn? When the raffle date comes to a close (this is currently still to be determined, but we are thinking roughly 3-4 months from now) we will do a live video with our kiddos picking out a single ticket each, and announcing our winner’s names in real time! We look forward to making this dream a reality and continuing the fun. we are hopeful that the success and interest with this raffle will allow us to continue to do them.
