Mike just had my Durango after a major accident (not so much body damage as we were towing a trailer, as it was mechanical). From the moment I started talking to him on fb until I picked it up today….he has been very helpful attentive honest and thorough from the estimate through the repairs. I initially came in for an estimate and then had to go back for the at fault insurance adjuster to see the additional damages and then finally for repairs. Kept in constant communication as well. We have 5 vehicles and will no longer be taking any of them to the dealerships! He’s definitely your guy! My Durango is driving soooooo much better. We are still waiting for some parts (by no fault of his) and allowed me to bring my vehicle home and just pay for what was done already while we wait. Also upon leaving I felt a slight wobble and heard some sounds through the vent which we were able to figure out on our own and fix which also weren’t his fault but he was willing to come out to my house to take a look at it. That says a lot about his character and the quality of work he strives for for his customers.

About us: We are a husband and wife team working hard together to build the life, and legacy we want, Mike has 20+ years of experience in the automotive field, whereas Kierra has 15+ years of mixed customer service and management. We have three beautiful children, soon to be four, a vocal and sassy cat, and all together we are one bundle of happy, goofy, chaos. We have a great balance between work and home life, running our small business while still finding time to enjoy present moments with our family.
