General Disclaimer and Information

Generally our pricing is set, however please keep in mind that some cars may require more time in labor, different parts, and potentially unravel deeper issues. We are transparent about pricing but common sense tells that a Ford truck will not be the same as a Bugatti sports car, or a motorcycle. Our mechanics will always contact to ensure the customer wants to go forward with any additional services BEFORE services are done. If the unravels issues need to wait we will do our absolute best to keep things cost efficient for you, and keep your vehicle running (even if not perfect due to cost restrains) until we can schedule further repairs. We do try our best to get back to our customers as quickly as possible, via email, text, or phone call. if you are attempting to contact us before 9:30 AM, or after 5:00 PM we will contact you next business day or as we are able to!

Terms and Conditions

Service Agreement: Any customer who requests, and consents to the services of our business is also consenting to the terms and conditions listed herein.

Estimates: Our estimates are based on initial assessment of the vehicle's condition. Actual cost may increase or decrease depending on the extent of repairs required. Conset from the customer will be needed before we proceed with additional repairs, if we can not reach you the service will be delayed.

Payments Terms: Payment for repairs/services are due upon completion of repairs. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, or online payments to include debit or credit cards. Invoices not paid within the specified time frame are subject to late fees and may result in legal action for collection. All vehicles will be subject to a holding/storage fee of $25 per business day, as of 24 hours AFTER repairs are completed and invoice is left unpaid. Trailers holding/storage fee will be $30 per business day. Additionally, in the state of Virginia if the repair fees are not paid within 30 days (90 days for trailers) we withhold the right to place the vehicle under a Mechanic's Lien. if said lien is not paid within 10 days the lien is enforceable.

Parts and Materials: We reserve the right to use new, used, or aftermarket parts as deemed appropriate for the repair, if the event that a part WE order fails, we DO warranty it. If you bring us your parts we CANNOT warrant those parts. All replaces parts will be retained by us unless customer specifically requests otherwise, core charges will not be returned.

Warranty: limited warranty is provided for 12 months or 12,000 miles, unless otherwise specified. Our warranty covers defects in materials, or in workmanship, however it WILL NOT cover damages from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse ect. Our mechanics can tell, and reserve the right to refuse or up-charge on further services if abuse, misuse, neglect has occurred.

Authorization: After receiving the estimate and agreeing to pricing the customer authorizes our company to preform the agreed-upon repairs/services. Any additional repairs not initially covered on the estimate will require another consent and agreement on cost at a later date if the customer is not reachable, or agreeable at the time of service to add those items on.

Customer Responsibilities: We require accurate and complete information about your vehicles condition to the best of your knowledge, if it was recently serviced by another mechanic we need all information on what was completed if available. We are not liable for any issues that occur or arise from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Liability: We are not responsible for loss of damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process, we strongly advise all customers to remove any valuables from the vehicle before leaving the shop location.

Delays: We will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs within a timely manner, and within the estimated time frame. However, delays can happen due to shipment of parts, materials, outsourcing, or additional unforeseen circumstances. The customer will be notified of any significant delays as promptly as possible.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance to local laws.

Discrimination, and Right to Refusal:

Our company does not discriminate, nor do we allow our customers, nor ourselves be subject to aggressive, threatening, or hostile behaviors. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing why.
